About Lance Horton

Lance Horton is the owner of L. Horton Construction LLC (DBA LH Construction) and has over 30 years building experience in the local and surrounding areas.  As a fourth generation builder LHC  takes pride in the attention to detail and quality of workmanship it provides to its clients,  Specializing in remodels, additions and new home builds.

Born in Lake Tahoe in 1970, Lance spent time as a child with his father and grandfather on construction job sites learning about the trade. Lance attended high school in Australia and the Bay Area, and graduated from Lower Lake High at 17.  At 19 He graduated from Gavillan College Police Academy becoming the youngest certified peace officer at that time.

 

Having been around the family business from an early age, Lance joined his father in construction in 1990 and worked alongside him for five years.  In 1995 Lance joined the army and served in Korea and with the 101st. Airborne at fort Campbell Kentucky.  In 1998 Lance again came back to the building industry and has been working in construction ever since.  He also is an IFC-certified Home inspector.

The work ethic instilled in Lance’s career is the foundation that gives LHC its level of commitment to providing its clients with a positive experience.
